The Board determines to hold regular meetings on January 14, 2026,  February 11, 2026, March 11, 2026, April 8, 2026,  May 13, 2026, June 10, 2026, July 8, 2026,  August 12, 2026, September 9, 2026, October 14, 2026, and November 11, 2026  at 6:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, and in person at 26011 E Orchard Dr, Aurora, Colorado  80016.    All notices of meetings shall designate whether such meeting will be held by electronic means, at a physical location, or both, and shall designate how members of the public may attend such meeting, including the conference number or link by which members of the public can attend the meeting electronically, if applicable.

 

The Board determines to hold an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on November 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.  by telephone, electronic, and in person at 26011 East Orchard Drive, Aurora, Colorado 80016, subject to change by action of the Board.  Notice of the annual meeting shall designate whether such meeting will be held by electronic means, at a physical location, or both, and shall designate how members of the public may attend such meeting, including the conference number or link by which members of the public can attend the meeting electronically, if applicable. The District’s legal counsel shall be responsible for coordinating the required presentations for the annual meeting.
